'Girls' - While many of the story lines in 'Girls' can be related to, some of the show's details make no sense at all. Starting with Hannah and Marnie's huge NYC apartment, which none of them could have afforded considering they barely ever had full-time jobs.

'Girls' - Then when Hannah finally gets her writing career started, it seems like she may be the luckiest writer in the whole of New York—a job at GQ, a book contract, Iowa Writers' Workshop program, a teaching spot at an upstate NY university... it all sounds a tad too wonderful, doesn't it? Same goes for Adam, who went from a woodworker to a Broadway actor; Marnie, who was able to live off her music; and Shoshanna, who suddenly got an amazing job offer in Japan.

'Pretty Little Liars' - It makes you think that, since they're escaping death and all, they'd wake up sometimes and not even bother putting on make-up, right? Perhaps a sweatshirt and a pair of leggings every once in a while? You know, like regular teenagers.
